A new branch of Balance U is on the way. I am a certified Sex Therapy Practitioner, and I am building a practice that brings sacred sexuality, breathwork, and somatic healing into the same space as your chart work.

Your body holds the same stories your chart tells. Breathwork moves energy. Somatic practices bring awareness into the places where you store grief, tension, trauma, and desire. Sex therapy addresses the part of your life most people are afraid to bring to a practitioner.

I am not afraid of that conversation. I trained for it.
