Your trust matters to me, so here is exactly how your information is handled at Signs & Suits, in plain language.
What I collect
When you use Signs & Suits, I may collect your name, your birthday, your place of birth, and your email address. If you create an account and save loved ones, I also keep the names and birthdays you enter for them. When you pay, your payment is handled securely by Stripe, and I never see or store your full card number.
How I use it
I use your information to create and deliver your reading, to run your account and hold your saved cards so they are there when you return, and, if you say yes to it, to send you occasional updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from those at any time, and choosing not to receive them never affects your reading or your account.
Who helps me run the site
A few trusted services make Signs & Suits work, and your information is shared with them only so they can do their job. Supabase stores your account and your saved cards. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers your reading and any emails to your inbox. A secure AI service generates the written reading from your cards. Vercel hosts the site. I do not share your information with anyone beyond what these services need to run.
What I will never do
I will never sell or trade your information. Ever. Your birthday, your cards, and the people you love are not for sale.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click. If you want anything handled, email me at misty@balanceunow.com and I will take care of it.
Keeping your information
I keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide your readings, and I take reasonable steps to protect it. If you close your account, I remove your information within a reasonable time, unless I am required to keep something for legal or payment records.
Age
Signs & Suits is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may look up and save birthdays for loved ones, including children in your family, as their parent, guardian, or with their permission.
Changes
If I update this policy, I will post the new version here with a fresh date. Big changes will be made clear.
