Physical movement creates spiritual momentum. Your body needed to be somewhere else for your soul to catch up.
The Shadow Side
Restlessness without direction. You drive and drive and never arrive anywhere. Stalking energy, either you are watching someone too closely or someone is watching you. Earthquakes in your physical reality that you did not prepare for and cannot control. Running from problems instead of facing them. Geographic cures that do not work because you bring yourself wherever you go. The 5 of Spades in shadow is the person who keeps moving because stopping means feeling, and feeling is the one thing they refuse to do.
