3 of Hearts

Definition

The 3 of Hearts is emotional variety. Three is the number of creativity, expression, and options. In the Hearts suit, that means your affections and attention are split between multiple people, interests, or desires. The question is always: where do you place your heart?

The High Side

You are open to love in all its forms. You date freely. You explore connections without shame. You honor the fact that your heart has room for more than one thing at a time, and you are honest about it. In the Age of Aquarius, this card speaks to ethical non-monogamy, fluid sexuality, interracial love, and the refusal to box yourself into someone else's definition of a relationship. There is a childlike joy here. Curiosity drives you, and you let it.

The Shadow Side

You are scattered. Emotionally immature. You refuse to choose because choosing means losing options, and you are addicted to keeping your options open. Affairs, secret relationships, and emotional dishonesty live here. You string people along because the attention feeds your ego. You confuse variety with freedom and end up with a lot of surface connections and zero depth. Indecision becomes a lifestyle.

You keep a copy of your life spread report and your next two yearly reports, the year you are in now and the year ahead. We can record the call so you can return to it, and you get one 30-minute follow-up for anything that opens up later.
